Your role will include recruiting, training, and empowering diverse Associates while implementing company policies and procedures, significantly impacting store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and customer service processes
• Recruit, train, and motivate Associates for optimal performance
• Communicate and enforce TJX Canada programs and policies
• Analyze inventory and competition to provide strategic recommendations
• Conduct audits and develop action plans based on store reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven management and team leadership skills
• Strong decision-making ability with diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and loss prevention
