Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate front store team members

• Manage employee relations and development initiatives

• Monitor inventory, sales, and cash management

Requirements:

• 2-3 years supervisory experience in retail

• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office

• Strong eye for business and financial reporting

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
