As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in merchandising, ensuring products are prominently displayed to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with training and reporting. Experience in planograms and reliability in local travel will help contribute to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create appealing displays and end caps to drive sales
• Reset shelves to meet merchandising standards
• Collaborate with leadership for training and reporting purposes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in merchandising or planograms
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing lifting tasks
• Must have reliable transportation for local assignments
• Proficient in using smartphones or tablets for documentation
