Position: Customer-Focused Retail Associate Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist in finding items

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Advise on product care and specialized items

• Set up visually appealing merchandise displays

• Assist store management in maximizing sales

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Must have a clear criminal record

• Provincial Cannabis Certification required
