Candidates must have a Smart Serve Certification and knowledge of point of sale systems. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy helping customers, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service
• Assist customers with wine selection and provide product insights
• Aid in product merchandising and maintain clean display areas
• Manage cash transactions and accurately balance the register
• Follow Health and Safety standards in the workplace
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certification is required
• Competence in using Windows applications
• Availability for flexible hours including weekends
• Capability to lift 40lbs as necessary
