Merchandising Associate - Retail Services

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Join the team as a Merchandising Associate focused on retail execution and customer service in a part-time capacity. Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies and visual displays.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing merchandising projects, managing planogram adherence, and enhancing overall store presentation. Working closely with fellow associates, you will deliver top-notch service while maintaining a clean and organized merchandise area. Strong relationships and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement planograms accurately

• Clean and organize merchandise displays regularly

• Build and maintain product displays and signage

• Address customer inquiries and fulfill product needs

• Document service records as directed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising or retail

• Basic web application skills required

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

• Physical ability to handle lifting and moving tasks
