Join Carlton Cards as a Greeting Card Merchandiser with a flexible schedule and fun working environment.
This role offers paid training and travel time, rewarding performance directly.
As a key member of our Merchandiser team, you will contribute to Carlton Cards' mission of spreading thoughtfulness through greeting cards. Ideal candidates are reliable and passionate about organization and greeting cards. You will work both independently and with a team to meet schedules in various Canadian retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain greeting card displays using best practices
• Reorder merchandise and set up new seasonal items
• Straighten products to ensure an attractive presentation
• Report on returned product as directed by the Field Manager
• Complete service schedules in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Motivated and energetic with a passion for greeting cards
• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable and honest in all tasks
