Work as a Retail Cleaning Associate at Michaels where your responsibility is to ensure a clean, friendly environment for customers. This role focuses on the essential cleaning duties that keep our store inviting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect trash and dispose of it correctly
• Dust and mop store floors as required
• Move and clean around equipment and products
• Conduct deep cleaning of breakrooms and entries
• Notify supervisors about cleaning supply needs
Requirements:
• Retail or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout shifts
• Capability to lift and handle heavy boxes
• Effective communication skills in difficult situations
• Compliance with all cleaning and safety protocols
