As a Brand Ambassador, your focus will be on creating delightful shopping experiences that embody our brand values. You will actively engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model while showcasing product knowledge and a “friends first” approach. Collaborating with your team, you will ensure brand loyalty and satisfaction during every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Provide detailed product knowledge to guests

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to enhance guest experience

• Adapt and support in all areas of the store

• Solve guest concerns while adhering to company policies

Requirements:

• Age requirement: 16 years or older

• Retail experience is an advantage

• Energetic and able to multitask

• Strong affinity for AE and Aerie products

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
