We're seeking a motivated individual for the Sales Associate role at our Midland store, specializing in Print & Services. This role involves engaging with customers, handling transactions on the Point of Sale system, and overseeing print production. Collaboration with store leaders to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards in merchandising are also key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored customer service to enhance engagement

• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system

• Oversee intake and pickup of customer print orders

• Ensure print machines are stocked and operational

• Maintain merchandising and inventory control standards

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
