Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with product location and inquiries

• Ensure prompt, friendly service at checkout

• Educate shoppers about Rewards and VOC surveys

• Participate in inventory unloading and stocking

• Maintain merchandise standards and store presentation

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in retail or customer service

• Comfort standing for extended periods

• Ability to lift merchandise and assist with stocking

• Awareness of store safety protocols

• Respectful interaction with customers and colleagues
