As a Retail Outfitter reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will passionately serve customers while promoting company initiatives.

Your role requires you to understand customer needs and offer tailored recommendations while maintaining visual merchandising standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company programs and product specials

• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards

• Tackle and resolve customer issues professionally

• Provide support across the store as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in sales or service is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent is requested

• Strong ability to understand and fulfill customer needs

• Enthusiastic about outdoor activities and lifestyle

• Familiarity with specific products at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s is beneficial
