As a Team Lead at Roots, you will act as a link between the store management and sales associates. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate your team and ensure a high standard of customer service while overseeing daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Model desired customer service behaviors daily

• Provide support in the absence of Store Management

• Maintain an organized and efficient sales floor

• Mentor associates and promote loyalty to the brand

• Implement and follow through on operational activities

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a retail environment, luxury preferred

• Proven leadership with sales teams

• Experience with financial reporting and POS

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
