Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently address customer queries and concerns

• Support solutions-oriented problem solving

• Ensure visual merchandising and store upkeep

• Guide Customer Consultants in storytelling and demo

• Assist in onboarding and training new staff

Requirements:

• Background in customer-facing roles

• Passionate about the beauty sector

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Capability to multitask and work independently

• Physical ability to stand and lift weights up to 25 lbs.
