This seasonal position invites you to be part of Ontario’s premier mountain resort experience. You’ll engage with guests, facilitate their shopping journey, and ensure our store maintains its high retail standards. With comprehensive training on products, you will thrive alongside a passionate team, working 4-5 days full-time or 2-3 days part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests in their shopping journey
• Gain in-depth knowledge of gear for informed customer support
• Handle store merchandising, inventory, and cash management
• Keep the store neat, organized, and ready for busy days
• Foster a strong teamwork culture throughout busy periods
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in sales or retail environments
• Enjoyment in working indoors during peak times
• Flexibility for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Collaborative spirit to contribute positively to the team
