Location: Wasaga Beach
Become a Shopping Assistant at Real Canadian Superstore and enhance the e-commerce experience for customers. Deliver top-notch service as you fill online orders accurately.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers while ensuring that their online grocery needs are met with precision. You'll manage shopping tasks and transaction processes and benefit from training to equip you for success in the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly customer support and answer general inquiries
• Accurately fill online orders with selected high-quality items
• Scan products and handle transactions promptly
• Communicate with customers for clarity on orders and substitutions
Requirements:
• Open to flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs and maintain mobility
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Training provided; no prior experience necessary
