Lead Swarovski customer experiences through luxury retail leadership, coaching, and sales planning as an Assistant Store Manager for an iconic crystal brand.
You will advocate for Swarovski while leading a passionate team in a multicultural retail environment. The role focuses on extraordinary service, customer relationship building, recruitment support, coaching, and business growth. Your experience in attainable luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands will support the store’s service and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellence during every customer interaction
Build loyal portfolios of existing and new customers
Lead by example with passion and enthusiasm
Support recruitment, coaching, and team motivation
Implement monthly service and sales plans
Requirements:
One to two years’ multicultural retail experience
Experience with attainable luxury or lifestyle brands
