Build retail customer service skills as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, processing merchandise and maintaining organized salesfloor standards.
This Fashion Associate supports customers while processing and stocking fashion merchandise. The position involves product promotion, merchandise location, purchase assistance, and issue resolution. You will also maintain signage, fixtures, seasonal arrangements, and a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service
- Locate merchandise and assist with purchase decisions
- Process and stock fashion merchandise throughout the salesfloor
- Maintain clean, tidy, and hazard-free customer areas
- Replenish seasonal merchandise and execute seasonal arrangements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
- Ability to complete safety sweep logs
- Ability to use proper fixtures, supplies, and signage
- Ability to support customer service and retail tasks
