Seasonal Store Operations Associate

Support Michaels store operations in Barrie, Ontario, through truck unloading, merchandise recovery, stocking, and customer-focused retail service.

Seasonal Team Members help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while serving customers respectfully. Responsibilities include planogram processes, Store In Stock Optimization, AD sets, merchandise returns, and safety programs. The work includes standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and moving throughout the store.

• Participate in truck unloading and merchandise stocking
• Complete planogram and Store In Stock Optimization processes
• Perform merchandise returns and general store recovery
• Support shrink, safety, and Company programs
• Maintain merchandise standards throughout the store

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
• Work nights, weekends, and early mornings
