Support customer service and accurate merchandise stocking as a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart in Midland, Ontario. Work safely while keeping shelves ready.
This Stocking 1 Team Associate reviews assigned workloads and completes stocking activities based on store operations. The work includes signing merchandise, maintaining modular integrity, supporting CAP/Viz Picking bins, and preparing the backroom for unloading. Customer service remains central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Promote products, locate merchandise, and support purchase decisions
- Review workloads for assigned store areas
- Stock picks and new merchandise accurately
- Prepare the backroom for stock unloading
- Must be age 16 or older
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Ability to accurately sign merchandise
- Ability to use proper fixtures, supplies, and tools
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
