Location: Collingwood
Deliver exceptional customer service in Walmart’s Cosmetics department while supporting salesfloor operations and helping create a positive shopping experience for customers.
As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will assist shoppers with products, merchandise locations, and purchase decisions. You will maintain displays, stock products, resolve customer issues, and provide awareness of available Cosmetics guidance. The position is located at 10 Cambridge Street in Collingwood, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Promote products, locate merchandise, and support purchase decisions
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
- Stock, rotate, price, and display salesfloor merchandise
- Process claims, returns, documentation, and merchandise security
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to use equipment appropriately
- Ability to complete required paperwork and logs
Support Walmart customers through Cosmetics guidance, product availability, salesfloor presentation, and dependable customer service in Collingwood.
