This Sales Support Associate role supports Coach store efficiency and customer service. You will welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, process transactions, and maintain product flow. The position also includes shipment processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and visual merchandising updates.

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS and maintain cash wrap organization
• Receive shipments, process transfers, and report discrepancies
• Replenish the sales floor and update visual merchandising
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines

• At least one year of previous retail experience
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Cash register, computer, Mobile POS, and Internet skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
