This Assistant Store Manager role supports Pandora’s Store Manager and helps the team exceed sales goals and KPI expectations. You will build brand loyalty through product knowledge, inspire accountability, and contribute to hiring Sales Associates and Sales Leads. Strong retail execution remains central.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed individual and store sales goals through genuine connections
- Create memorable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to sales teams
- Support seasonal and core hiring across store teams
- Maintain on-brand merchandising and operational standards
- Two or more years’ high-performance selling experience
- Ability to connect with people across the organization
- Strong analytical thinking and business judgment
- Effective delegation and priority-setting abilities
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
