Support No Frills shoppers through product knowledge, accurate scanning, and attentive customer service in the store department.
As a Store Team Member, the Health and Beauty Aids Clerk keeps products available and creates a positive in-store experience. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, respond to customer questions, and support ordering. The position requires attention to detail, courtesy, and motivation to learn, with training provided and no previous experience required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service and respond to customer needs
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Maintain neat areas and health and safety standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resourcefulness and courtesy when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
