Retail Merchandising Field Representative

Drive retail visibility and sales for Hive Retail Solutions across Barrie, Ontario, using merchandising expertise and mobile applications. This part-time field role follows a designated route.
As a Field Representative, you will represent CPG brands in assigned stores and support execution across retail channels. The work combines product merchandising, display execution, store relationships, and brand data capture. You will work independently while collaborating with store managers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise products across assigned retail locations
- Visit stores on designated routes between 8am and 5pm
- Secure displays and fill product voids
- Capture brand data using Repsly and Slack
- Build strong relationships with store managers
- Retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus
- Strong communication and electronic application skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Passion for CPG and self-directed work
