Job Summary
We are seeking reliable candidates for a temporary Merchandising / Store Set-Up opportunity in Midland, ON. This overnight assignment is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, organized retail environments, and being part of a team that helps prepare a store for successful operations.
In this role, you will support store set-up, merchandising, shelving, product organization, and general warehouse tasks. This is a great opportunity for candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting. The work environment requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude while helping complete an important store preparation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with store set-up and merchandising activities during an overnight shift.
- Set up shelves, organize merchandise, and support product placement throughout the store.
- Perform warehouse-related tasks as required to support the store set-up process.
- Lift and move merchandise and materials up to 50 lbs, including occasional overhead lifting.
- Use ladders safely when needed to complete merchandising or set-up tasks.
- Make minor shelving adjustments using small hand tools.
