In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in driving the company's B2B sales efforts. Through the Cintas Sales Training Program, you will acquire skills essential for lead generation, in-person sales, and customer engagement.
Your role will focus on building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct prospecting and lead development in specified areas
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales pitches
• Handle negotiations and objections from customers
• Maintain records in our CRM system for tracking
• Consistently meet weekly sales quotas and goals
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
