This role focuses on providing excellent service and maximizing sales through effective communication and relationship building. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer direct sales and extensive product line information
• Manage order processing and delivery scheduling
• Upsell products by assessing customer needs
• Execute additional profit center duties as required
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to safely lift items exceeding 50lbs
