Position Overview  We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact when customers walk in to our showroom. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
You will:
Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
Greeting walk-in customers and providing a welcoming experience
Entering in customer information and job details, and directing to the appropriate sales members
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with filing, email communication, and general office tasks
Help Maintain a clean and organized showroom

A good listener – able to identify customer needs and direct to the appropriate sales member
Calm under pressure - able to manage multiple tasks while keeping customers feeling supported
Education & Experience   Customer service, reception, or other customer-facing experience required
No glass experience needed — we provide full training
Comfortable using computers, and POS systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Administrative or office coordination experience is an asset
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new challenges
Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people
