The Brick is expanding its sales force across its retail locations. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers through relationship selling while maintaining knowledge of products and services. Team spirit, customer service, and career-focused growth are emphasized.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling
- Maintain knowledge of The Brick products and services
- Work with others toward common and personal goals
- Establish rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
- Support sales in a commission environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and all required shifts
