Represent Ford and Lincoln vehicles as an Automotive Sales Associate in Alliston, using customer service and vehicle knowledge in person.
Trillium Ford Lincoln Ltd. seeks a full-time, permanent sales associate for its Alliston dealership. You will recommend new and pre-owned vehicles, demonstrate features, manage customer relationships, and guide purchases from inquiry through delivery. Automotive sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers with professional, personalized dealership service
- Recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
- Conduct presentations and accompany customers on test drives
- Guide purchases, follow-up, and customer relationships
- Valid OMVIC certification and registration eligibility
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and insurable driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
