Sell Rogers and Fido products at Park Place Mall with strong customer service and communication skills on Prime Communications Canada’s Retail Team.
As a Solution Specialist and Sales Representative, you will represent Rogers and Fido plans, products, and services. You will understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and support a solution-focused retail experience. This full-time position requires retail, sales, or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Rogers and Fido products and services
- Develop tactical sales plans to meet targets
- Prospect regularly and use available sales tools
- Follow Rogers and Fido customer service standards
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate unresolved concerns appropriately
- Minimum one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer relationships
- Customer-focused approach with a growth mindset
- Availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends
