Retirement Sales Advisor

Build retirement living occupancy through relationship-based sales and community tours at Aspira Waterford Barrie Retirement Living. Guide prospective residents and families with care.

As Sales Advisor, you will promote the community’s amenities and services while aligning sales activities with Sienna Senior Living’s Purpose, Visions & Values. The position includes marketing, lead management, reporting, touring, follow-up, and relationship development. You will also monitor marketplace changes, coordinate promotions, and deliver sales training for the Retirement Residence Team.

• Develop and implement the community marketing plan
• Coordinate promotional activities for the retirement residence
• Manage leads, documentation, reporting, tours, and follow-up
• Build and grow relationships throughout the greater community
• Deliver sales training for the residence team

• Five years of sales experience, preferably seniors housing or hospitality
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others
• Availability for evening and weekend work
• Professional public image representing and promoting the residence
• Computer skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM
