As a Home Consultant supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program, you will evaluate luxury properties through in-person consultations. You will document conditions, capture photos, and prepare structured reports using provided guidelines and templates. The work supports the luxury quality review process while requiring professional Host communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onsite home consultations and property evaluations
Capture photos and document property conditions
Complete structured evaluation reports using provided templates
Communicate professionally with Hosts and coordinate scheduling
Submit accurate reports promptly after consultations
Requirements:
Flexible schedule for fluctuating assignment volume
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Phone or tablet for reports and photo uploads
Strong communication and attention to detail
Proficient written and spoken English with stable internet
