Drive Caterpillar parts and service sales as a Product Support Sales Representative in Sudbury, using technical expertise and customer relationships.
Toromont Cat seeks a full-time, permanent PSSR for its Sudbury team. You will establish, qualify, and maintain regional customer contacts. The work centers on maintenance planners, fleet costs, parts sales, and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote parts sales and exchange components
- Present Caterpillar parts and service through facilities
- Develop yearly territory plans aligned with objectives
- Reduce Caterpillar fleet operating costs with maintenance solutions
- Collaborate with MSRs and ISRs on team selling
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum five years product support sales experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- French and English bilingualism is an asset
- Technical expertise and relationship-building capability
