Position: Security Officer Role with Focus on Patient and Staff Safety

Your responsibilities will include conducting foot patrols, handling safety incidents, and performing investigations when necessary. Strong written and verbal skills are essential to report findings accurately and support your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately to trauma calls and safety issues

• Patrol for safety hazards and assist with maintenance needs

• Report documentation of all incidents thoroughly

• Work alongside nursing staff during crises

• Manage parking and escort duties for staff

Requirements:

• Graduate of Law and Security program or equivalent

• Security Guard license and CPR certification required

• Relevant experience in hospital security or police services

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

• Attendance reliability crucial to role effectiveness
