Your role includes responding to trauma calls, conducting regular patrols, and reporting safety hazards within hospital premises. You'll maintain logs of incidents and assist the nursing team with patient restraint. Your effort will directly contribute to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to trauma calls and emergencies
• Conduct parking lot patrols and enforce regulations
• Identify and report safety hazards in real-time
• Keep detailed records of incidents and lost articles
• Aid in missing person searches as required
Requirements:
• Completion of a Law and Security program or equivalent
• Active Security Guard License in Ontario
• Current CPR training is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred
