Position: Security Supervisor for AFIMAC
Lead security efforts at AFIMAC Canada as a Supervisor for critical projects involving labour disruptions and emergencies. Engage in 12-hour shifts and manage diverse teams effectively.

AFIMAC Canada is looking for experienced Supervisors for temporary contracts ranging from 1 to 120 days. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and experience in security, law enforcement, or military settings. Flexibility and the ability to work long hours under stress are essential as the role involves managing security personnel on various assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security personnel during labour disruptions

• Manage teams during organized protests and emergencies

• Train and motivate staff to enhance performance

• Resolve staff conflicts professionally

• Ensure effective deployment on short notice

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in the security field

• Clean criminal record and valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel for extended periods

• Excellent organization and computer skills

• Ability to work 84 hours weekly with weekends included
