Key Responsibilities:

• Perform foot and mobile patrols regularly on the property

• Implement and oversee access control procedures

• Manage incidents effectively, using de-escalation tactics

• Prevent trespassing and manage disturbances professionally

• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities

Requirements:

• A valid Security Guard Licence is essential

• Clean Driver's Licence and comfortable driving company vehicles

• Excellent communication and ability to resolve conflicts

• Physically capable of standing and walking extensively

• Previous experience in security or customer service preferred
