This part-time Security Guard role at Garda World requires experienced candidates to monitor and secure our Barrie retail store. You will work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with an emphasis on customer safety and security. Key responsibilities include surveillance, responding to incidents swiftly, and maintaining communication with local law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas to observe suspicious behavior

• Manage access and verify identities at secure locations

• Act promptly to respond to incidents and threats

• Maintain documentation of incidents and responses

• Provide a visual deterrent to theft activities

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Ontario security license required

• Current First aid certification from WSIB approved provider

• Ability to be active for entire shift

• Six months experience in security or retail environments
