Location: Gravenhurst
AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Project Co-ordinators for upcoming assignments in Ontario related to labour disruptions, organized protests and man made crisis/disasters.
This position will require you to work up to 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project.
Compensation Pay: $25–$30 per hour before overtime.
Paid travel up to 4 hours.
Hotel accommodation provided when required.
$30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required.
Benefits Temporary contracts: 1–120 days.
Assignments Labour disruptions.
Organised protests.
Man‑made crisis/disasters (crime scenes, structural fires, etc.).
Required Education,
Skills and Qualifications Former military, emergency management, project management or law enforcement experience required (industry experience also considered).
Able to travel and work away from home for extended deployments.
Excellent organisation and computer skills.
Able to work in a high stress environment.
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Work long hours up to 7 days per week.
Be on call nights and weekends.
Deploy on short notice – as projects dictate.
Ability to manage clients at a senior manager/executive level.
Able to manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field.
Motivate and improve performance as needed.
Strong team building know‑how.
Clean criminal record.
Valid driver’s licence and vehicle.
Solid attention to detail and able to work with law enforcement and client legal counsel.
Testify at legal proceedings.
Very strong problem‑solving skills.
Have or be able to obtain required security and investigation licences.
Former corporate security role and asset experience.
Experience Project management or Emergency management: 1 year (preferred).
Military or Law Enforcement: 1 year (preferred).
Languages English (required).
Licences & Certifications Security Licence (preferred).
Private Investigator Licence (preferred).
Class G Driver's Licence (required).
