Tactical Security Guard

Position: GardaWorld Tactical Security Guard Role
Garda World seeks a Tactical Security Guard for part-time work in Barrie, Ontario, focusing on public safety. This is an engaging role for a confident candidate responding to various public interactions.

As a Tactical Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining safety with professionalism. This position requires working weekend shifts, during Saturdays and Sundays, with a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour. You will also have access to continuing education to support your career growth within Garda World.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas for suspicious behavior

• Verify identities and manage access to secure locations

• Respond quickly to any incidents or threats

• Check alarms and camera functionality

• Accurately document incidents as they arise

Requirements:

• Authorized to work legally in Canada

• Must possess a valid security license

• First aid certification is mandatory

• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts

• Complete certifications in Use of Force and NVCI
