Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in Wasaga Beach

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Guard to join Garda World team at a prestigious historical site in Wasaga Beach. This position requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.

Schedule:

Continental Overnight Schedule - Week #1:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays;
Week #2:
Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Timings: 17:00 - 05:00

Includes weekends and holidays as required

Location: Wasaga Beach, ON

Responsibilities for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach

Conduct regular foot patrols and mobile patrols of the property

Monitor and enforce access control procedures

Respond to incidents and perform effective de-escalation

Prevent unauthorized access, trespassing, and disturbances

Conduct vagrant and trespasser removals in a professional manner

Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports

Operate and patrol using a company vehicle

Maintain a visible security presence throughout the site

Communicate effectively with management, emergency services, and the public

Qualifications for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach

Valid Security Guard Licence

Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record

Comfortable driving company vehicles

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable of extended walking and standing

Previous security experience considered an asset

Experience in customer service, de-escalation, or site patrol preferred
