Hands-On Security Specialists

As a highly trained security guard, you will patrol city parks and ensure the safety of municipal assets. Experience in managing critical situations and applying tactical de-escalation techniques is essential. The position requires a minimum of two years of frontline experience in security, particularly in high-risk environments or municipal settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous foot and mobile patrols of city sites

• Secure and report on encampments within city limits

• Use verbal de-escalation techniques to assist individuals in crisis

• Respond to medical emergencies including opioid overdoses

• Maintain detailed incident reports for law enforcement

Requirements:

• At least two years of active security experience

• Current First Aid/CPR certification and Naloxone experience

• Proven background in arrests and de-escalation tactics

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
