We're looking for a proactive Emergency Dispatcher to assess and handle emergency calls in a busy resort setting.
Your role will involve coordinating responses from Patrollers and Security teams while entering data into Microsoft Access. An appreciation for resort operations will help you excel in this critical position within our vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and prioritize emergency calls quickly
• Dispatch necessary personnel to incidents
• Maintain and update Patrol and Security logs
• Perform data entry for incident reports
• Work closely with first responders via radio and email
Requirements:
• Strong skills in customer service
• Ability to triage based on call severity
• Familiarity with resort operations desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Dependable and organized for multitasking demands
