Are you a motivated security professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and supporting others? As a Mobile Security Supervisor in Barrie, you will help maintain Garda World's service standards across multiple client sites by coaching, mentoring, and supporting frontline security guards. You will conduct site visits, respond to alarms and incidents, perform mobile patrols, and act as the primary after-hours contact for clients and security staff.

This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who can build strong relationships, promote accountability, and deliver excellent customer service.

Compensation: $23.00/hour + Benefits
Schedule: Rotating days and nights  / ). This is a 24/7 position, including holidays.

• Coach, mentor, and support frontline security guards
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards
• Build positive relationships while promoting accountability and professionalism
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance
• Perform mobile patrols and site inspections
• Investigate and document incidents, hazards, and customer concerns
• Serve as the primary after-hours contact for clients and security personnel
• Assist with staffing shortages, scheduling challenges, and emergency deployments
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide operational updates
• Complete reports and documentation accurately and professionally

• Minimum 1 year of Security Guard experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid Standard or Emergency First Aid certification from a WSIB-approved provider
• Minimum G2 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
