As part of the Operations Team, you will manage the implementation and optimization of EMR systems.

Your role is vital in ensuring data integrity, compliance with Indigenous health principles, and facilitating training for users. This position requires aligning with community goals and supporting health initiatives through strong data practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer EMR systems to meet health service demands

• Uphold data quality and reporting standards

• Train users on system functionalities

• Create reports and customize templates as needed

• Promote cultural sensitivity and safety in operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Data Analytics or related fields

• 1-3 years in a healthcare or data-focused role

• EMR experience, particularly with Telus PS Suite

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong interpersonal and detail orientation skills
