Position: Supported Independent Living Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary support for individuals assigned to you

• Assist in securing and maintaining safe housing

• Encourage healthy living practices among clients

• Guide clients in activities of daily living

• Document financial accountability and agency funds

Requirements:

• Relevant Developmental Service Worker diploma required

• Minimum one year community experience with disabilities

• Reliable transportation and valid class 'G' license

• Flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends

• Engage in training and development meetings
