We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Exteriors Handyman to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior home improvements, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on exterior structures, including siding, decks, fences, and windows.
• Assist with roofing installations and repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any concerns.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a focus on exterior work.
• Strong knowledge of various building materials and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license is a huge asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
