General Labor

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Secure loads and materials using proper rope knot techniques.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Assist in lifting, carrying, and positioning shrink wrap and tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
